The truth is, being a mom has been my life's purpose.
As my children have grown, my role has evolved to encompass all the beautiful, challenging aspects of motherhood. I now merge my passions, skills, and the needs of the world to support one mama, one baby, and one birth at a time.
After having my first baby, I felt unprepared for the end of my pregnancy, the birth itself, and the early months with my newborn. Deep down, I knew birth could be better. Like many moms, I wished I had known more. So, with each new baby, I learned, sought out information, and found my voice. I became better. I became more mindful. Now, my mission is to help other moms do the same.

As you begin the messy, magical journey of motherhood with that first real contraction, everything will shift—and nothing will ever be the same again… in the best way possible. Childbirth is more than just delivering a baby; it’s a deeply transformative experience. It’s an opportunity to transition from being a child to becoming a parent, discovering the strengths, resilience, and openness needed to create the birth experience that’s right for you and your baby.
Having supported hundreds of first-time mamas, I know that while you can’t predict exactly what to expect, what you need to know, or how your birth will unfold—just like motherhood, it’s full of surprises.
